Xi chairs CPC leadership meeting to discuss draft 15th Five-Year Plan, gov't work report

The meeting noted that the 15th Five-Year Plan period will be critical as China works to reinforce the foundations and pushes ahead on all fronts toward basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035.
